Rain or Windstorm Policy

For inflatable bounce houses or obstacle courses, also known as "units."
(No unit should be set up or operated during high wind or rain.)

This policy is for residential customers only:

Our rain or wind policy is that if the weather is questionable we will call you, or you can call us, 2-3 hours before the event and you "make the call" whether we load the unit and come out or not.  If we do NOT make the trip, you can either re-schedule or cancel and receive your deposit back.  However, if we DO make the trip, set the unit up, or the unit is picked up at our warehouse, it is considered a paid event and we do not prorate the time.
